Kris Kristofferson, Emmylou Harris, and the late Johnny Cash are but a few country singers who've collaborated with Jonathan Elias in his upcoming cd "American River." They wrote their own lyrics and recitated their works along to Jonathan's music.
Jonathan Elias isn't well known among the general public, but his music pieces are well known by thousands of people sitting at home watching TV or sitting in the theaters watching a movie.
His music can be heard on various TV commercials (Nike and Lexus), company sound logos (Columbia Pictures and Yahoo), and movies (Back to the Future).
However, he's also known for reflective music pieces that entice an emotional response from a listener. If this cd is anything like his prior one, it's a good one to pop into after an especially rough day. |
