This song is relatively simple of Mudvayne songs but it is still one of the best on the new album.
I believe the intro is played by Ryan on the bass, so that's how I tabbed it, but it may be Gregg on guitar with some effect which I don't know what it is.
It sounds fine on guitar with just a clean sound.
