I couldn't belive there were no tabs for such an amazing song, so I went ahead and did it myself.  By the way, you’ll have to listen to the cd in order to get the strum pattern.  I know mine isn’t exactly correct.

The horn section is the same as the intro, then they just hit D# minor during the “I have a crazy idiosyncrasy” fast-singing part, then it’s back to the F# -> D# minor bridge part, including during the extension they put on it, then they play the chorus using the chorus chords, put an upstroke pattern similar to what they do in the verse.
